Bebe out to help another soul

Singer Bebe Cool is once again extending a big heart to a person in need. Bebe who returned from the US a few weeks back, was approached by the family of 17-year old Conrad Ruguda who has problems with his kidney and needs a transplant.

The transplant to be done at Apollo Hospital New Delhi-India is expected to cost up to $33,000. However, so far $20,000 had been raised but the remaining $13,000 had become a huge mountain to climb.

Bebe visited Ruguda and after seeing the pain he was going through, the singer started a campaign on his Facebook page to collect funds from his friends and fans and make sure Ruguda gets the operation in order to live.

According to information on a fundraising card that Bebe posted on his wall, an account (number 7112411411) was opened up in Diamond Trust Bank where the public can deposit whatever they can towards the cause. Alternatively, the public can also send mobile money on 0774983317.

Ruguda is not the first person Bebe is trying to help live. The singer spent over Shs 25m on Proscovia Namusisi (RIP), a 12-year old girl who later succumbed to cancer. All the best Bebe!
