This is a creepy one about V (Hugo Weaving), a masked freedom fighter who uses terrorist tactics for his cause. Upon rescuing Evey (Natalie Portman), he finds himself an ally who helps distract police’s attention as he eliminates those that may get in his way.
After destroying a significant building in the city, people start paying attention to him and some believe he is exactly who they need to stop oppression by the government. The government has an upper hand though because V is masked from head to toe, it is hard for people to trust him. He then appears on TV and sets a date with the public.
On that day they are all to move on the streets dressed in masks similar to his. And that will be their way of showing that they are tired of living in chains under the government. On that day the streets are painted black and red. It is a spectacular movie that needs you to listen attentively. The setting and plot are good. Natalie Portman is believable.
