Kings Salesmen Africa and Trace Advertising Publications.
Where did you get this idea?
I got this craze for bubble chairs. I made so many calls and visited many interior design companies and failed. Then I posted a disappointing status and a friend of mine wrote telling me someone who had them and was selling them, then I opened a group and 50 friends came in so anxious. Then it grew to 11750 trusted traders. Trace is a publication issued to the public free of charge.
What is your biggest satisfaction?
Being appreciated as a saviour of traders
Which has been your biggest push as a businessman?
Finding a business motivated my girlfriend Rhita Nabirye who finally opened up a shop because of Kings Salesmen Africa.
Have you suffered any losses?
I got into this crazy scam about forex trading, it wounded my business so terribly, I lost over Shs2m.
How were you able to recover?
I put across well-defined and discussed rules for trader to follow in order not to fall in the conmen trap, for example meet sellers and buyers in open places, always move with a friend who you trust, report traders who change prices from the prices they posted so they can be warned and also add trusted members only.
Also I was able to attain free advice on how to handle business deals from established businessmen such as my father, Mr Andrew Byakutaga and Mr David Kayemba.
What is your wish list for the next five years?
To be among the biggest advertisers in the country favoring all groups of people, start up an interactive advertisement television station and to have a fully functional dynamic online market website.
