It was around this time five years ago that KFM, a daily nation media outlet started a programme called ‘The KFM dance party show’. Little did they know that it would be ranked among the best shows on Saturday night in Uganda through Abdu Wasike, its host.

Because of its diversity and interesting segments, many artistes have so much trust in it that they always pass by to be hosted whether for audio premiering or to clarify on certain issues regarding them in society and so was the case last night as Desire Luzinda, A Pass and Maro came through.
The first two artistes came to be hosted but Maro dropped by as a surprise guest and indeed his surprise was a surprise to everyone as he entered the studio with a cake and as if they had already planned, Desire requested for a happy birthday song (read happy anniversary song) before Abdu was called upon to cut the cake. Meanwhile A Pass who was in Dembe Fm, another Nation media sister station couldn’t miss the fun as he joined in to celebrate this milestone.

“I’m coming from Kapchorwa but there is no way I could miss this. Abdu called me like three months back to make him a drop but I kept the date in my head. I had ordered for the cake before I went upcountry but they couldn’t deliver it as my phone had blacked out so I just decided to rush to Nakumatt and order for a fresh one.” Maro said.
