Swangz Avenue starts year with vacation in Dubai

Around this time of every year, most people are done with holidays and are back to serious business.
But that is not the case with Swangz Avenue; a top production house and record label based in Muyenga. As many were beginning to settle down at their work places, the Swangz Avenue bosses went on holiday.
We have reliably learnt that at the beginning of last week, Swangz Avenue bosses Julius Kyazze – the CEO and Benon Mugumbya – the creative director, asked for all their 10 employees’ passports and acquired visas to Dubai for all of them.
According to an insider, they were told to pack a few things and get ready to fly in two days. Indeed, two days later, the team that included Vero ( an artiste manager), Marvin (head of video production), Dickson (a resident producer), Cathy (General Manager) and Ivan, an administrator, together with artistes Joel Kisakye, Winnie Nwagi, and Irene Ntale woke up in the Emirates.
According to Julius, the trip was to motivate and give back to their artistes and employees who worked tirelessly even through the festive season, while many were merrymaking.
“We were also celebrating a successful 2015!” Julius added.
We also heard that only the artistes and bosses flew business class while the rest flew economy.
However, Irene Ntale seems to have enjoyed herself more than the rest, at least going by the numerous photos she posted on her Facebook wall.
