Radio & Weasel for collabo with Madtraxx

It seems Radio and Weasel have enjoyed Kenya more than we expected. Let’s hope they are not contemplating on residing over there just like their mentor Jose Chameleon promised to do if the media continues to write negative stories.
Having travelled to Kenya a week ago, the duo is slated to feature on the new upcoming season of Coke Studio Africa.

They revealed that they will be working on the show’s fourth season with Kenyan top producer, Madtraxx, and Togolese star group, Toofan (of the hit song Eledji).

“Good music like ours has no genre or one style and it’s a good feeling to be paired with French speaking artistes. Toofan’s music is fast and ours has different tempos, sometimes it can be slow. Thankfully Madtraxx is very good with the tracks and has created something related to the two of us without corrupting his beats.”

Besides working on a track, Radio and Weasel have also bonded with Toofan and have got a chance to discover Togolese culture by eating their dish while Toofan got a chance to taste matooke.

They also announced that one of their upcoming singles Sit Down on it will feature Nigerian dancehall maestro Cythia Morgan famed for hit songs such as German Juice, I’m Taken and Olowo.

To conclude their long stay in Kenya, Uganda’s dynamic duo say they will next Sunday perform at Nyayo Stadium, which will mark their third Kenya performance.
