Iryn takes action against cyber violation of her music copyright

Singer Iryn Namubiru recently issued a stringent warning to everyone that is illegally in possession of her work, especially those that have illegally uploaded it online to pull it down with immediate effect.
But to many, it was just another threat from an angry artiste. However, we can reliably reveal that Iryn’s warning was a serious one.
We have it on good authority that the singer, through her international management company Grajoh Talent Management and Public Relations Ltd went through the required process and finally secured international copyright for all her music.
After the registration, Iryn and her management filed a case with Interpol in which over 600 cyber copyright violation cases were sighted.
As such, Iryn’s management gave Interpol a green light to shortlist all those that will refuse to pull down or delete Iryn’s songs and videos that they uploaded or possessed illegally.
A source within Iryn’s management told us that all those that will refuse to heed to the call will face the wrath of the law. “It sounds like a joke, but the Interpol anti-copyright arm confirmed that all violators of Iryn’s copyright can be brought to book from their respective countries of residence,” the source told us.
When contacted, Iryn referred us to her manager Johnson Mujungu, but she told us that she is trying to set trends by identifying a legal and professional distributor for her music.
