Fun Factory upgrades to Serena hotel for 5Star madness

Every December, leading comedy outfit, Fun Factory, stages a special production for their VVIP fans.
Dubbed the 5Star madness, the comedians take the action away from their home at National Theatre to a more luxurious venue.
Last year, the show was held at Imperial Royale Hotel, but this year the comedians decided to up their game and are taking the show to Kampala Serena Hotel.
According to the group’s communication director, Richard Tuwangye, this particular show will have different comedians outdo themselves for the fans who never get the time to watch the weekly shows.
“Life styles and busy schedules don’t allow most of the corporates time to watch us. So this is packaged for them,” Tuwangye told us.
By Ugandan entertainment standards, Serena seems to be the epitome of class and it is only a matter of time before Fun Factory prove they are Serena standard.
The 5star madness comedy show is slated for next Thursday, December 17. Cover charges are Shs50,000 and Shs100,000 for general and VIP seating respectively, while a table of 10 goes for Shs2m.
