Diamond Platnumz wants collabo with Azion

Shocking, isn’t it? Probably this is evidence that talent appreciation varies from person to person.
How else would you describe Diamond’s choice of an artiste for a duet in Uganda?
Yes, you read right – Diamond made it clear that he wants to record a duet with Aziz Azion.
East Africa’s most decorated singer did not suggest Chameleone, Bebe Cool, Juliana Kanyomozi, Eddy Kenzo, Radio & Weasle or Maurice Kirya, but Aziz Azion.
Well, not that Aziz is not talented, but by Ugandan standards, we were already forgetting him on the music scene.
When was the last time you saw Aziz perform? The last time he tried to have a concert this year, it did not get any media mileage and the little talk that went about it on radio stations indicated that he had registered a massive flop.
But like the English saying goes; one man’s meat is another man’s poison.
Well, Aziz is Diamond’s choice and we cannot wait for the duet.
Till then, and who knows, this might just be his big come back for bigger things like power play on MTV Base and continental awards. Go for it Aziz, all the best!
