D’banj coming on Wednesday

It is official, Nigerian superstar D’Banj will land in Uganda next Wednesday, November 11. The Oliver Twist singer will be fresh from an Australian tour, and he will headline the launch of the Ciroc Pineapple drink, with a performance at Club Guvnor on Friday November 13.
In an exclusive chat, the singer, one of the Ciroc global ambassadors, said, “It is about energy and fun. The people of Uganda embody these traits, and I believe they will welcome Ciroc Pineapple and D’banj with open arms. I can’t wait to get on stage!”
Annette Nakiyaga, the head of reserve at UBL, said D’banj is expected to fly in with a 17-man crew, including members of his band, his Dj, management, and media team.
We are yet to establish if there are any arrangements for the singer to record with a Ugandan artiste. D’banj tickets are on sale at the House of Walker whisky store at Sheraton Kampala Hotel and at Club Guvnor. Tickets go for Shs200, 000 and it comes with a free bottle of Ciroc Vodka.
