Bobi, Bebe Cool battle confirmed

Bebe Cool

Bebe Cool

This is set to be the biggest news for all music lovers across the region; archrivals Bebe Cool and Bobi Wine finally agreed to hold a music battle. Yes, Bebe and Bobi are set to share the same stage and will perform and engage in a verbal exchange come Friday May 4. The two former allies and the founding members of Fire Base, will battle as a way to prove who is bigger and better in the field of music.

We caught up with Bebe during the Virgin Island bar anniversary party and he swore to prove to the world that he taught Bobi how to sing.

Bebe had even a better reason to smile when he learnt that Bobi, who had been invited for the same party, had driven off when he arrived and found Bebe’s Big Size Hummer parked at the gate of the Bugolobi-based bar.

We bumped into Bobi in Kamwokya earlier this week and he told us that Bebe made the biggest mistake of his life by accepting to battle  him. “Like I said, I beat him lyrically, financially, physically and academically; none of the above has changed so far!”
The Bebe-Bobi battle is organised by Bebe’s manager Emma Serugo and Eagles Production manager Musa Kavuma.
