The music video : Double Trouble – Fille

If there is one artiste who has progressively matured in her art, that will be Fille. In the Double Trouble video, she takes full charge of the video by herself and surprisingly, it does not get monotonous at any point. Her style in this music video is trendy yet suitable for fans of all ages while her innocent look increases her likability. Double Trouble casts Fille as a girl who is innocently in love, undefiled by its excesses.
Her costume selection enhances the image of Fille as a whimsical and dreamy character, one who sings about the fairy tales of love. There is something amiable about the combination of Fille in a spotless white garment with a fireplace in the background. This scene seems to represent a love so pure that it burns like white fire in the soul of the beautiful singer.
Speaking of the location and setting, there is nothing artificial about every scene in the video. One of the locations is by the poolside, the other by a flower garden and the rest indoors. She has that ethereal look in that modest and elegant dress. Add the natural colours to this look and natural setting and you have a woman who is down to earth and relatable.
The video ends with Fille pulling off some nursery teacher dance strokes. Fille is the alpha and the omega of this music video. She owns it, she brings a unique style of energy to it, and she finds a way to engage the viewers and pull them into her life, and narration.
Do not watch this video expecting a storyline. It has none. Yet, its lack of a storyline should not be mistaken for a vacuum in conveying the message in the audio. The message is seen, felt and presented. This is one video to watch.
