To snitch is to steal and in this movie, it is about fast-paced action and thrilling adventure. Dwayne Johnson stars as a father whose teenage son is wrongly accused of a drug distribution crime that comes with a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 10 years.

No father will let their child suffer or spend a decade in jail, at least not for Johnson who is a well-built, former wrestler, known for not taking ‘no’ for an answer.

He is determined to rescue his son at all costs. To get his son out, he works out an understanding with the US attorney. Their agreement is that he works as a disguised informer and intrude a drug cartel on a risky mission. It is risky but he is ready to do anything in the name of saving his son. You will like the speed and drama as crime after another unfolds.

Snitch currently holds a 56 per cent rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 103 reviews. Many critics praised Dwayne Johnson’s performance in the lead role, although they felt that the execution of the film’s message was cluttered.
