A love story brewed in Paris

bek

Paris has been christened the city of love because it is beautiful and themed to glamorise love and romance in an innocuous way. When Dharam goes to Paris, he is looking for adventure. In his sojourn, he meets a strikingly attractive French woman called Shyra.
This forms basis of the plot for Befikre, a romantic drama as strangers grow to become friends and friendship leads them to love. It is so natural and sensual and when they decide they should give love a try, they do not hold back. And Indian dating means beautiful music as a conduit of expressing their love.
They share their portion of ups and downs which cements their relationship further. Naturally, love becomes more realistically their leap of faith in the face of the adversities.
They paint Paris red. Indian heartthrobs Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor, who doubles as a model, lead the cast. Ranveer is a ladies’ darling. The Times of India reports that the news that he would be starring in the romantic drama was greeted with excitement.
“This piece of news gave a million women sleepless nights. After all, this was probably the best and the biggest news they had heard about their heartthrob. If sources close to the project are to be believed, Ranveer, who plays a chocolate boy in the film and has even beefed up for his role, will go butt naked in the film for the first time in his career. Now that is reason enough for his female (and some male fans too) to throng the theatres. We can already hear the whistles. Can you?” the online platform reports, in part.
Ranveer has starred in Bollywood romantic hits Band Baaja Baaraat which earned him a Filmfare Award in the ‘Best Male Debut’ category. Kapoor, on the other hand, cut her movie teeth with a role in 2013 romantic comedy Shuddh Desi Romance, which garnered wide appreciation and ‘Best Female Debut’ at the 59th Filmfare Awards.
