VIDEO: MP Kato Lubwama slaps promoter Bajjo during live TV show

There was a scuffle in the Spark TV studios on Friday night as Rubaga South Member of Parliament (MP) Kato Lubwama lost his temper and slapped music promoter Andrew Bajjo of Bajjo events.

Lubwama who had been invited to the Koona ne Miles show hosted by Mile Rwamiti got up and quickly slapped the promoter who was mocking him for not knowing English yet he is a Member of Parliament.

Kato said that even Bajjo had no command over the queen’s language and asked the host Rwamiti to instead do the show in English.

The guests raised their voices accusing each other of being ignorant as Rwamiti scrolled through his smart phone. It wasn’t long before Lubwama gave Bajjo a hot slap and kicked the studio table.

He stood up and once again slapped Bajjo who also got up and fought back. Realizing that the show had gotten out of hand, Rwamiti separated the two.

Lubwama quickly walked out of the studio and the show abruptly went into a commercial break.

The show continued with only music promoters Bajjo and Abitex (real names Abby Musinguzi) after Rwamiti apologizing for the fight to the viewers,
