WATCH: Iryn Namubiru shares video of chaotic moments before boat capsized

Singer Iryn Namubiru has shared a video she recorded a few minutes before the boat capsized on Saturday evening.

The singer says that she only recorded the video because her song was playing but even the chaos and the attempts by the boat’s staff to balance the boat are seen in the video.

“I recorded this video because my song was playing. Never at any one point did I even realise that we were already in so much danger. Many of these people died. I recognised this staggering girl’s body immediately. I watched the videos last night and noticed. Wabula Kitalo, katonda ayongere okungumya nange. May you all Rest In Peace.  I cannot stop crying now. I knew about 10 people who all died!” she captioned the video.
