The recent TV footage that showed former TV and radio presenter Junior Kazoora struggling to explain what KCCA officials alleged was bad chicken at his Buddies Bar spread like wild fire! It was not good publicity for JK and neither was it for Buddies as a business!
But JK and his partner Dr Muwonge have since decided to re-invest and revamp Buddies Bar to the level of a classy hangout. As you read this, construction works are going on and the bar will launch its new look ahead of the Easter weekend in April.
But this story is not about the bar, it’s about JK’s latest ride, a BMW X5! We bumped into him cruising the green ride last weekend.
Besides Buddies Bar that is struggling at the moment, Jk’s Buddies Production is doing well and is behind Airtel’s audio and visual adverts and the annual Pepsi draws, so money is still coming into his pockets. Importing a used X5 costs Shs70m after taxes! Congs JK!
